Our service
We are here to offer a home from home experience for your little ones so they can socialise and learn new things each day. We know how busy adult life can be, so we’re here to cater for your children’s needs both generally and personally.

Toddler Childcare
We offer both part time and full time childcare spaces.
Our opening hours are as follows:
Monday - Thursday 07:30am - 17:30pm
Friday 07:45am - 17:15pm
‘I was once told I would only be happy with Mary Poppins as my childcare provider and before I met Steve and Adele I would have totally agreed! However I am pleased to say I couldn’t be happier. Steve and Adele’s care and attention is exceptional. My children are always happy to see them. They get to do great, creative activities even before school in the morning. ‘I don’t even know how to begin telling you how amazing Adele and Steve are! My 3 year old had always hated going to nursery and most days had to be peeled away from me at drop off. I decided to look into childminders after J moved to the pre-school room at nursery and I just didn’t like the huge ratio’s. I couldn’t have been more lucky to find Back 2 Basics. At first I was apprehensive of Maisie (the dog) as J was absolutely petrified of dogs and used to climb as high as he could up me if we were within 100 yards of one! After 2 short settling in sessions he was touching her and now doesn’t think twice about hugging her! Adele and Steve are always thinking of new things to do with the children and mix that in with plenty of attention and cuddles and you have the perfect combination. Don’t just take my word for it though...J is the proof...he marches through the door to their home every morning, shrugs off his coat and doesn’t even look back to say goodbye!! That for me is everything! Keep up the amazing work!‘
